The minimum is $25, and there's no maximum.
Can I schedule a gift card for a specific day?
Yes. Pick the date when you buy it, and it'll arrive that day.
Are there physical gift cards?
No. Max's gift cards are digital and arrive by email or text.
What can I use a gift card for?
Dinner, brunch, happy hour, bottles to take home, merch, Nostalgia Series tickets, private events and catering, plus the wine club once memberships open.
Can I use my gift card online?
Yes. The same gift card code works as payment for online orders, like bottles and merch for pickup.
Do gift cards expire?
Max's gift cards are valid for five years from the date of purchase or the last time value was added.
How do I check my balance?
Use the "Check your balance" button and enter the 16-digit number from your gift card email or text. You can also ask us in the restaurant.
My gift card never arrived. What do I do?
Email marketing@maxswinedivehtx.com or call (713) 880-8737, and we'll resend it.
I lost my gift card. Can you find it?
Yes. Contact us with the details of your purchase, and we'll look it up.
Can I add money to my gift card?
Yes. Ask in the restaurant, and we'll add value to your existing card.
