How many guests can Max's Wine Dive host for a private event?
Up to 40 guests with a full restaurant buyout. The wine room fits two. The restaurant seats up to 40 guests. A full buyout gives your group the whole space. With a semi buyout, the restaurant keeps operating during your event.
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes. Private events have a food and beverage minimum that varies by day and time. Our events team will share the details when they reach out.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% deposit reserves your date.
How far ahead should I book?
At least one week before your event.
Can I bring a cake or decorations?
Absolutely. Cakes, decorations and outside vendors like florists and photographers are welcome.
Can we customize the menu?
Yes. We'll plan the food and drinks with you.
Do you host daytime events?
Yes. Private events can be scheduled for lunch, dinner or late night.
Is there AV for presentations or music?
Full buyouts include access to the room's AV and music. AV is available.
