Information you give us

Email and text signups: your email address, and your mobile number if you opt in to texts.
Nugget Run: the initials you choose, your score, your email, and your confirmation that you're 21 or older. Your mobile number is collected only if you opt in to texts.
Catering and private event inquiries: your name, email, phone, company, event details and any notes you send.
Wine club waitlist and gift memberships: your name, email and the details needed to contact you.
Messages to us: anything you include when you email or call us.

Information collected automatically

Usage information: pages visited, links clicked, device and browser type, approximate location based on IP address, and how you arrived at the Site.
Cookies and similar tools: small files and browser storage that help the Site work and help us understand how it's used. Nugget Run also stores your device's high score and tutorial progress in your browser.

Information from services we use

Reservations, tickets, gift cards, online orders and payments are handled by third-party services, including OpenTable, Eventbrite and Toast. When you use them, those services collect information under their own privacy policies.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as Cloudflare for hosting, GoHighLevel for email and text messages, Google Analytics for site analytics, and OpenTable, Eventbrite and Toast for reservations, tickets and orders. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
On the Nugget Run leaderboard, where your initials and score are shown publicly. Your email and phone number are never shown.
When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Max's, our guests or others.
In a business transfer, such as a sale or reorganization of the business.

We don't share mobile numbers or text message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Your choices

Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
Texts: reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
Cookies: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Some parts of the Site may not work without them.
Your information: to ask what we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email marketing@maxswinedivehtx.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.

Age requirements

The Site is meant for adults. You must be 21 or older to sign up for marketing messages, post a Nugget Run score or enter the contest. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page.
